The Test Manager position is responsible for the delivery of high quality, effective and efficient testing to projects and programmes within the Department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the successful delivery of testing to agreed standards
- Establish, build, and maintain effective and positive working relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Foster and develop a resilient and agile team culture.

**Your Strengths**:

- Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering testing across technical and business transformation projects
- A curious and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and develop
- An agile mindset and an ability to work in evolving environments
- Strong communication skills, and the ability to communicate with ease at all levels of the organisation
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
