**About the Role**:
You will be part of a small and collaborative team working closely with the Technology team to support day to day Workday activities including evolving processes/ways of working that deliver streamlined business processes.

As a current state, the foundations are in place and we are looking for an Analyst with HCM experience. There is also a big opportunity to be involved with two Workday module implementations.

**What's involved**:

- Identify initiatives and opportunities that need to be prioritised
- Proactively explore opportunities to evolve processes/ways of working that deliver streamlined business processes
- Eliminate manual tasks and inessential reporting to allow them to focus on the things that matter
- Ensure that ongoing pain points or improvements have been identified and escalated for consideration in the roadmap as well as identifying other opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with Subject Matter Experts and the Technology delivery team, ensuring that they are consulted and kept informed on the resolution of issues.
