**Description**:
Our client provides painting & decorating services for both residential and commercial properties.

You will be responsible for assisting skilled Painter's by carrying out a variety of hands-on labouring tasks, within building trades and services, while maintaining a professional image of the company and delivering high-quality results.

You will be working under the direction and supervision of the skilled Painter's when performing tasks. As your experience develops, you will be introduced to new tasks and develop new skills which will ultimately lead to you becoming a skilled Painter and have the competence to independently manage tasks and worksites.

We're offering a lot of variety of work, full on-the-job training, ongoing career development and full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is provided.

This opportunity may lead to a painting and decorating apprenticeship (for the right person).

**Let's talk about the role**:

- Monday to Friday 7:00am - 4:30pm
- Perform hands-on, general labour tasks to assist skilled Painters on jobs
- Maintain cleanliness of all workplaces, equipment, and vehicles
- Working at heights, with paint chemicals, and operating power tools
- Undergo health & safety induction(s) for all building sites and workplace locations
