We have full-time permanent vacancies for CREST Support Workers to join our close-knit team based in the Christchurch Office.

**Responsibilities**:

- To undertake care and clinical duties whilst working under the guidance of the Registered Nurses.
- To support the physical, social and emotional health of our clients by assisting with Individual Care Plan rehabilitation objectives within a restorative approach.
- To assist and support clinical staff and others to maintain oversight of client needs and to notify the team of any client updates within a timely manner.
- Adhere to Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Build and maintain rapport with internal and external stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Must have reliable transport and a current Restricted or Full New Zealand drivers licence
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand
- Strong interest and experience working in the community or with high needs clients
- Clear concise communication skills, written and verbal
- Genuine passion to deliver high quality customer service
- Level 3 qualification or above in Healthcare and wellbeing
- Ability to support and work within a team but also work autonomously
- Critical thinker and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is required
