To assist the Department Manager to ensure the department delivers an outstanding customer shopping experience through:

- Supervising the work of the team members as delegated and directed.
- Ensuring a safe working and shopping environment,
- Monitoring department presentation to ensure the department represents and delivers the Pak’nSave brand promise in terms of presentation and range
- Supporting team members and ensuring all staff provide excellent service at all times, and
- Managing the operational requirements for stock levels
- The department is always well presented and consistently managed, and that department is best positioned to achieve maximum sales targets.

**ESSENTIAL**
- Computer literate
- Retail experience to supervisory level
- Physically fit and able to fulfil the requirements of the role.
- Identified potential to take on first role managing others.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Ability to manage competing demands and set

**Hours**:

- **Sunday - Thursday: 12.30 - 22.00**
