We’re on the hunt for a reliable and self-motivated team player to join our team in the role of **Storeperson**. Reporting to the Stores Manager, this permanent, full time role is based at our iconic manufacturing plant located in Papakura, South Auckland and would be working our **Day Shift (7.55am - 4.25pm Monday to Friday)**

Here at The Griffin’s Snacks, we proudly produce many iconic and much-loved kiwi brands, including Griffins, Eta, Nice’n’Natural and Huntley and Palmers, and are looking for a team player who are passionate about our products and keen to continue to grow (or start) their career in manufacturing or logistics within the FMCG industry.

This fast-paced, physical role is responsible for supporting our Stores Team with palletising, inwards goods and dispatch with an emphasis on quality, safety, and stock accuracy. **What you’ll be responsible for**:

- Operating a range of machines (including forklift, robotic palletisers, automated pallet dispensers, wrapping machines and conveyors)
- Generating labels and doing quality checks when receiving product
- Assisting with inbound and outbound deliveries
- Picking required stock correctly and within agreed timeframes
- Uploading stock movements to the system
- Completing regular cycle counts
- Other duties and tasks as and when required

**What you’ll bring to the role?**
- Previous stores experience and a fork hoist license are required ( a MPI Accreditation would be an extra tick)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment safely, effectively and productively
- Proven reliability and a positive attendance record
- Excellent communication skills - you enjoy keeping others in the loop and working as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to read/complete paperwork correctly
- Proven experience and confidence using computer systems
- Positivity and a solutions-focused approach
- nothing is ever a problem
- Ability to comfortably work at heights (ie: working on turret hoist trucks)
- Interest and availability to provide cover through working overtime hours
