- Our client is a leading global leader in Energy & Utilities cloud and SaaS products. They are after a Global Portfolio Architect who is a hands on leader, creative thinker and a go getter.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leverage the expertise of other architects and technical leads as force-multipliers, offering valuable mentorship through delivering top-notch feedback on their work
- Make precise, straightforward, and technically advanced design choices that encompass functional, non-functional, and infrastructural aspects. This includes decisions related to data structures, algorithms, architectural patterns, integration approaches, as well as 3rd party products and platforms.
- Work closely with global partners and customers

**Hard skills**:

- Highly skilled software architect with exceptional interpersonal and technical abilities, possessing extensive expertise in designing, architecting, and constructing Enterprise-scale SaaS products that operate and scale efficiently in production from initial release.
- More than 7 years of experience in large-scale product development.
- Demonstrated expertise working as a Portfolio architect in a cloud-native computing environment within a global organization.
- Proficient in cloud-native software principles, with vast experience in public cloud services and designing microservices architectures.
- Proven track record of making pivotal architecture and design choices, such as implementing architecture design patterns and incorporating open source technologies.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as the primary decision-maker for design decisions involving the utilization of cloud computing, preferably with AWS.
- Extensive experience in the Utilities and Energy industry, encompassing both functional (contact to cash) and technological aspects.
