**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to take ownership of all plant and machinery maintenance for Cambridge Manufacturing. The position will be hands-on and have a strong focus on ensuring plant reliability, diagnostics, and repairs. You will be responsible for improving production efficiencies and reducing the impact and frequency of machinery breakdowns. This role will also see you demonstrating the following responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain a preventative maintenance plan
- Repair breakdowns and reduce the impact of production
- Commissioning of new equipment
- Ensuring all plant equipment is running smoothly and efficiently to meet the demands of production
- Coordinate with staff, supervisors, suppliers, and contractors
- Manage and maintain workshop and spare parts
- A strong focus on Health & Safety standards and compliance
- Contribute towards Process and Quality Improvements
- On call afterhours (chargeable) and the occasional Saturday

**ABOUT YOU**:
The foundations of this role will see you demonstrating the below skill set:

- Engineering degree or a similar trade qualification preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a production environment is Essential
- Able to self-manage your own workload as well as work well in a team
- Electrical Experience and ETS would be an advantage
- Strong analytical and evaluation capability
- Excellent communication and people management skills
