- Salary Range between $103k to $132k pro-rata + Kiwisaver + Employee Wellness Benefit Tēnei tūranga - About the Role: As a Senior Policy Advisor in MBIE you will be responsible for shaping and delivering key projects andfunctions, working collaboratively in the team and across agencies. You will bring your proven policy, relationship and delivery skills to support our strategic Policy work programme.

**Ideally, we are looking for someone who has**:

- A strong track record of leading and delivering on policy projects.
- A proven ability to think laterally and creatively to overcome intractable and ambiguous policy issues.
- Extensive experience in writing compelling policy narratives and the ability to pitch these successfully to senior audiences.
- Passion for leading and coaching others to develop their policy craft and take their careers to the next level.
- Strong stakeholder relationship building, influencing and engagement skills to gain the cooperation and commitment of others.
- Proficiency in achieving results through others, including empowering team members, influencing other teams and agencies and maintaining extensive policy and external networks. Ētahi kōrero mō MBIE - About MBIE:
