**For this Assistant Store Manager position we ask for flexibility across a 7 day roster. you will working across the three metro stores (Victoria, Albert St and Halsey St)
**With full responsibility of the stores performance you will need analytical skills that allow you to identify when change is required. As a Store Manager you could expect to**:

- Lead a high performing team in providing our customers with a world class shopping experience
- Deliver results through your ability to influence stakeholders and build long lasting relationships
- Attract, select and train talented and passionate employees and develop succession plans
- Maximise sales and profitability by creating, identifying and delivering on opportunities for growth
- Lead change and implement business initiatives in support of enriching the team and customer experience

**We are looking for our next Store Manager to have**:

- Previous management experience in a retail environment
- Demonstrated skill in dealing with crucial operational matters such as managing budgets, stock management, merchandising, shrinkage prevention processes and profit and loss
- The ability to build relationships with key stakeholders as well as being a strong influencer
- A strong team and customer focus with the ability to competently deal with queries and complaints
- Strong knowledge of health and safety policies and regulations
