Chip sealing Foreman

MS Civil Construction has an exciting opportunity for a Chipseal Foreman to join our team. Join us as we excel in chip sealing projects, from driveways to highways.

Reporting to the Surfacing Operations Manager, as a Chipseal Foreman, you'll be leading our sealing team on the ground, managing resources to achieve our programmed works, ensuring quality and providing training as needed. Prior sprayer operator experience is advantageous.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years in chip sealing with demonstratable leadership experience.
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead crews and provide training.
- Class 4 driver's license.
- Flexibility to stay away from home from time to time as required.
- Willingness to work night shifts when necessary.
