Sign Writer

Our client is a consistently growing small business that have been providing signage solutions in the Marlborough region for over 12years. They provide all types of signage including boat and vehicle wrapping, and are now seeking a new member with graphic design skills and experience to join their sign-writing team.

The Opportunity
We're seeking a Sign Writer for a small family owned and operated sign writing business located in Picton, Marlborough. If you hold a graphic design credential and have experience creating signage, print or digital media content, we want to hear from you

**What you'll be doing**:
**Deliver end-to-end sign-writing job process including**:
Customer servicevia phone and face-to-face
Create graphics in Abode Suite/Flexi Sign design software
Prepare signs as per customer brief and install to specified standards
Document job details and maintain records

Full-time permanent role, up to 40hrs p/w, 30 hours p/w guaranteed minimum during quieter months (winter)
$25 - $32 p/h dependent on skills and experience
5 business day work week, within the hours for 8:00am - 4:30pm
Opportunity to upskill with on-job training to learn new techniques and processes
Use of business vehicle for installation of signage at job sites Skills & Experience:
Industry experience and/or graphic design credential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Adobe Suite and Flexi Sign design software desirable
Physical fitness and agility including ability to work at heights using ladders
Class 1 drivers license
