**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise daily store operations and staff.
- Ensure exceptional **customer service** and store standards.
- Drive sales performance and support team goals.
- Assist in **training** and onboarding new staff.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proven **leadership** experience in retail or customer service.
- Strong **communication** and team motivation skills.
- Ability to meet **sales targets** and deliver results.
- **Customer-focused** with a positive attitude.
- Flexible to work **varied shifts** (weekends, nights).
- Experience and knowledge of Photoshop.
