**The Role**

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Learn how to work with business users and collect their requirements.
- Work with the wider Operations team to design & implement solutions.
- Deliver and support/maintain the solutions that have been deployed.

**In order to be successful in this role, you should have**:

- Graduated with a relevant bachelor’s qualification, ideally in Computer Science or Business Information Systems, within the last two years.
- The ability to analyse problems and develop effective solutions through Business Analysis.
- An understanding of best practice Business Processes with the ability to document existing process, design future processes and understand gaps.
- An understanding of Business Information Systems (CRM, ERP solutions), Data Analytics and reporting tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across a wide variety of engagements.
An understanding of Agile ways of working and associated tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence).
