They are seeking a strong Senior Associate with Partnership prospects for the right person, or would look at an existing Partner wanting to join a forward thinking boutique firm.

**The Role**:

- Corporate/Commercial with a focus on Mergers and Acquisitions
- Equity investments, contract review, drafting
- Clients include multinational companies and overseas clients
- Supervise and mentor juniors
- Leading client work and projects

**The requirements**:

- 10 plus years PQE in Corporate/Commercial
- Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions
- Relevant experience in investment funds, growth capital and/or technology
- Some top tier or boutique experience would be an advantage but open to all backgrounds
- A flexible mind and willingness to learn new things
- Great client relationship building
- Strong communicator
