**Te Whiwhinga mahi**|The opportunity**
As one of our Learning and OD Coordinators, you will provide proactive administrative and logístical support across a range of learning programmes and initiatives delivered at NZTA | Waka Kotahi. Working collaboratively with our L&OD Consultants, Learning Designers, other coordinators and the Learning & OD Operations Manager, you will provide solutions that are timely and fit for purpose.

This is a great opportunity to help develop, promote, evaluate and administer a schedule of learning and OD initiatives that support the organisation to lift people capability. It will also involve scheduling, registration and attendance processes, and reporting for courses, programmes, workshops and events.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Experience working within an L&D function / experience of using Learning Management Systems and Workday would be an advantage
- A positive 'can do' mindset and a customer centric attitude - we are here to deliver great outcomes
- High level of proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite of tools
- Proven successful experience in coordination and logistics for events, workshops and projects
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills with a confident and professional approach when dealing with both internal and external contacts
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, robust problem-solving skills and an eye for detail
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise efficiently in a complex work environment
- Working knowledge of digital learning technology
- Knowledge of, or a willingness, to gain an understanding of Te Ao Maori and te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi) as it applies in the public sector, and promote tikanga and Te Reo Maori.
