We’re looking for a Exports Operations Specialist to join our Grocery Wholesale team here in Aotearoa reporting to our General Manager Wholesale.

Joining this newly formed team, you’ll take accountability for ensuring timely collation of export orders, fulfilment and delivery. The role supports the NZ sales team with B2B order management and supplier delivery management to Freight Forwarders

**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
Your key responsibility areas include

Managing Export Orders
- End to End management of export orders including order analysis, submission and fulfilment
- Running product data analysis to ensure product data accuracy in every order submitted

Owning the end to end NZGW Export Pricing process and the Online Portal Management:

- Manage all aspects of the Export online pricing catalogue to ensure customers have access to the latest range of Woolworths Products at the right prices

Reporting and Data Support
- Generate weekly sales / export orders reports for NZGW and our SupplyChain partners

Being the Subject Matter Expert across NZGW Export process/systems
- Managing system requirements from the team and customers by working closely with IT through both development and support.

To succeed in this role you will need to demonstrate
- Operations experience with customer focus.
- Proven experience working in a fast paced and complex environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work to deadlines and tight time constraints.
- Ability to assess situations/process and advise stakeholders on opportunities, solutions, and outcomes.
- Strong communications - both written and verbal
