Business Advisory Manager to Senior Manager

The practice has traditionally had high employee satisfaction rates and is widely recognised as an employer of choice in their segment of the CA sector. Current team dynamics and sustained growth have created an opportunity for an accomplished business advisory manager or a senior manager to join the firm in a key management role.
We are looking for a CA or CPA qualified senior managerial professional with a minimum of 5-6 years current NZ CA experience, preferably in a sizeable CA firm. This is a key role within our client’s team and requires the talents of an articulate and commercially credible professional with solid experience in all aspects of client accounting, tax compliance and business consulting. Good systems skills and IFRS reporting experience are essential for this role.
Here is a summary of some of the key competencies and personal attributes our client is looking for:
- sound NZ CA experience with financial and management reporting
- hands-on experience and good understanding of NZ tax compliance
- at least some experience with IFRS reporting
- previous experience with foreign investments
- proven ability to manage your own/and your team’s workflow
- outstanding client-servicing skills
- well-rounded systems skills and previous experience with advising clients on systems issues
We are looking for an accomplished managerial professional with proven ability to work efficiently and thrive in a multi-faceted role within a dynamic team environment. Our brief for this role is fairly broad and will potentially appeal to/and suit an accomplished manager to strong senior manager. The remuneration range on offer for this role is equally reflective of the broad parameters defining our search for this key management role in our client's team.
