AFFCO is one of New Zealand’s leading manufacturers of premium beef and lamb products. We currently have an opportunity for a motivated individual to join our night shift cleaning team based at our Castlecliff plant near Whanganui.

**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Cleaning Supervisor, Cleaners work as part of a team to conduct the pre-operation and post-operation cleaning processes to meet Company and Regulatory standards to ensure department efficiency and compliance is maintained. A Night Cleaner is expected to handle various chemical’s (with the supplied appropriate PPE and training for the task) and clean anywhere on site.

- Being a friendly, approachable team-player
- A good work ethic and a can-do attitude
- A proven track record of being reliable and punctual
- Demonstrating excellent time management
- Ability to follow instructions and work unsupervised

**Qualifications**:
Commercial cleaning experience is advantageous; alternatively, experience in a manufacturing-type environment would also be considered.

The Night Cleaners team work varying shift patterns and the successful applicants must be flexible and willing to work afternoon/evening shifts, as well as night shifts.
