**What a day might look like**
- You'll be responsible for providing phone-based advice with retention being at the core of your conversations, you'll also be encouraging your customers to interact with MAS for all their Life and Investment enquires
- Using your active listening and exceptional customer service skills, you'll have needs-based conversations, understanding the goals of our customers ensuring they have the right products in place
- You'll actively promote the MAS brand and value proposition by executing effective sales strategies that support revenue growth, while ensuring both your individual performance and team objectives are achieved
- Where advice is provided, you'll be following up and presenting written letters of advice to our customers outlining any risks and your recommendations
- Continuous improvement - you'll be passionate about making things better for our customers, always striving for the best solutions and outcomes
- Relationship building - creating and maintaining strong and trusted relationships with our MAS customers

**What you'll bring**
- Your background and experience will be in Life and Disability Insurance and/or Investments
- Ideally, you'll have your National Certificate in Financial Services (NCFS) Level 5
- Sales and retention experience is key, you'll understand how to drive existing business forward and create new opportunities.
- Hold knowledge about Life and Investment policies, packages and understand risk and compliance as it relates to the insurance and investment industry
- Customer centric - you'll have the mindset of how we can continually improve and make things better
- Communication, growth mindset and problem-solving skills are things that will see you being successful in this role
