The Radiology Department at Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand - Waitematā District are seeking an experienced Computer Systems Administrator to join their team. This role is responsible for effectively supporting the maintenance and operational efficiency of the Waitematā RIS (Radiology Information System) and PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System).

Working alongside the RIS/PACS Team Lead, this role will assist with operational service efficiency, providing support to Radiology staff and ensuring a high quality customer-focussed service is provided at all times. This role also takes responsibility for the patient flow process within the department, contributing to the overall patient experience within Radiology, as well as providing key data to stakeholders.

Our ideal applicant will have previous experience within the health sector, as well as experience with Health Applications and Radiology Information Systems. Experience with PACS Administration and Modality/Application Support would be advantageous.

To thrive in this role, you'll have fantastic attention to detail, the ability to take initiative and work both autonomously & within a collaborative team, as well as be able to work under pressure and manage your time effectively. A strong customer focus and commitment to improving the patient experience is key for this position.
