**Role and Responsibilities**

As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and maintaining our cutting-edge **hybrid cloud-based infrastructure.** Your expertise will extend to **implementing build/test frameworks** using DevOps methodologies.

Your **primary focus** will be on **optimising development processes and workflows** for our component teams, ensuring efficiency, automation, integration, and scalability. You'll also contribute to the development of a comprehensive **dev portal **that houses key information and technical specifications, facilitating seamless sharing internally and externally.

**Skills and Software Environment**

To excel in this role, you should possess a solid understanding and proven experience in cloud-based technologies, particularly public cloud platforms like **Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure**. Familiarity with tools such as **GitHub, JFrog / Cloudsmith, and the Atlassian suite** is essential. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like **Terraform, AWS CodeCommit, and Outpost **will be viewed as a valuable asset.
