**The Role.**
As a Sales Manager, you’ll report into our Regional Sales Manager, CNI in our On The Go Channel. You'll successfully lead, coach and develop your team, driving them towards profitable volume growth, performance initiatives and targets, and lead high level sales negotiations with our On The Go accounts.

You'll be responsible for the efficient execution of the CCEP sales strategies, through the growth of successful win-win relationships between your team and customer base. Most importantly, you'll constantly seek new opportunities for growth and improvement, committed to contributing towards total business objectives.

This role will be based in New Plymouth.

**What Do I Need?**
To excel in this role, you'll come from a highly successful sales background, demonstrating strong commercial acumen and business aptitude. You'll be experienced in dealing with high pressure negotiations and have an established understanding of the FMCG industry.

Ideally, you'll have proven leadership skills, with a people-focused approach that successfully enables and drives the team towards success. You'll be an excellent communicator, and given the fast pace of our business, you'll be resilient, adaptable, and able to think on your feet.
