As a Retail Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities include assisting customers with their inquiries, maintaining store cleanliness and restocking shelves.
We are currently seeking experienced Customer Service Team Member to join us on a permanent basis.
**This is a part-time position in the Seasonal, Plumbing, Bathroom & Kitchen Zone.**
**Wednesday to Saturday (33 Hours Per Week) Wednesday** to Friday,** 8.00am - 5.00pm. **Saturday**, 8.00am - 4.00pm
**What you can expect in this role**:
- Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them select the right supplies for their needs.
- Offering expert advice and tips to customers, helping them achieve the best results with their projects.
- Working closely with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the department.
- Engaging in various physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items
