**What is the Opportunity?**
A great opportunity now exists for an enthusiastic individual to coordinate logistics and provide exceptional customer service for our warehousing department.

**Reporting to the Customer Care Manager your main duties will include the following**:

- Process purchase and sales deliveries - including documentation, receiving, manual packing and dispatching orders
- Assist colleagues and customers with queries relating to stock and order status
- General warehousing duties - including stocktakes, booking in an putting away products and equipment, maintaining an orderly warehouse at all times, keep the warehouse clean and tidy at all times
- Assist in delivering of stock and rental systems to customers as required
- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Assist with co-ordinating rental installations and collections
- Assist with management of product trial/demo/loan system
- Maintain a safe working environment and use correct manual handling techniques at all times
- Any other tasks that we may reasonably ask you to complete

**Key requirements**:

- 1-2 years' in warehousing/logistics department would be advantageous
- Superior organisational skills
- Exceptional customer service focus, with advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate to Advanced level of Microsoft Office
- Proven record of efficient data entry and compliant handling
- Advanced analytical and time management skills
- Previous direct customer service experience in a medical/healthcare related industry would be advantageous
