**Indoor Operations Crew - Various Roles**

As we near some of our larger events this season, we are looking for some enthusiastic and reliable people who aren't afraid of a little hard work in return for some fun times in one of the best offices in NZ.

We have the following vacancies available with our winter team:

- ** Rentals**
- Fitting boots, skis and snowboards safely and efficiently and taking stock
- Fitting and issuing of clothing, helmets, wrist guards, poles (or accessories
- Ensuring all rental items have been checked in accordance with all health and safety and set up requirements
- Managing the rentals process for schools and groups on arrival
- ** Food & Beverage**
- Assisting in the preparation, display and service of food on a daily basis
- Table & bar service in some outlets
- Processing orders as per guest requirements
- Managing the operation of the till, and balancing takings at the end of each shift
- Bussing tables, restocking display cabinets, and maintaining rubbish area
- Assisting in other areas of the cafe including the kitchen as required
- ** Chef**
- Preparation of menu items and ski area cuisine
- Stock control and planning for variances in trading, minimisation of wastage
- 2-3 years previous experience in a commercial kitchen
- ** Custodians**
- Ensure that all staff office areas are clean and presentable, empty rubbish bins, vacuum, tidy regularly
- Ensure that all public areas are cleaned and presentable to provide an excellent service to our guests

Roles will commence immediately

**About You**

Each of these roles require a high level of energy, excellent teamwork skills, the ability to quickly build rapport with all guests and staff, and outstanding health and safety awareness.
