Looking for reliable Health Care Assistants to join our team. Must be able to do any shift, i.e., AM/ PM/ nocte or night, on a rotating basis, including weekends.

We are looking for reliable Health Care Assistants to join our team and provide quality care to our residents 24/7.

We need compassionate and caring individuals who can commit to doing all shifts, i.e., AM/ PM/ nocte or night, on a rotating basis, including weekends.

**About the role**:

- Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the safe, efficient and effective delivery of care to residents, e.g. provide support in day to day mobility, grooming, hygiene, medication, and nourishment needs. This also includes relevant cleaning and kitchen duties.
- Five (5) permanent full time positions available (at least 30 hours per week)
- Pay range is from $26.16 to $32 per hour depending on qualification and experience
- Shifts are AM/ PM/ nocte or night on a rotating roster including weekends

**About you**:
To be successful in this role, you shall have
- At least three (3) years relevant experience as caregiver for older people or persons with disability, OR a relevant health care qualification equivalent to level 4 on the New Zealand Qualifications and Credentials Framework (NZQCF)
- Flexibility/ willingness to be assigned/ travel to other facilities or locations of the Group for work such as Otago, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, and Taranaki
- The availability for a full time position
- Willingness and ability to do any shift on any day of the week as per rotating roster
- Good command of the English language
- Excellent physical and mental fitness
- Can pass drug test and police check
- Positive can-do attitude and willingness to adapt to change
- Personability and high standard of personal hygiene
