**The Role**
Were seeking a senior Appian Lead Developer or Architect to provide technical leadership and hands-on development across Appian platforms.

You'll design and architect BPM solutions, lead infrastructure and security planning, and guide delivery teams through complex transformation programs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead infrastructure design, security compliance, and risk assessments.
- Conduct technical workshops with senior stakeholders.
- Drive proposal development and internal capability building.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

**What You'll Need**
- Appian experience with certifications.
- Proven experience in cloud solutions and product architecture.
- Strong programming skills in SQL, Java, or similar.
- Agile delivery experience and stakeholder engagement.
