Our Structures team in Hastings has a great opportunity for an experienced Civil Construction Worker to join our team. We’re a high performing construction team so come and join us for your next challenge whilst developing your Civil career further.

**About the role**:
As a Civil Construction Worker, you will work as part of a high performing team to deliver a range of civil construction projects across Hawkes Bay. You will be involved with a wide variety of building and construction works building retaining walls, structural concrete and formwork, undertaking bridge maintenance and bridge strengthening work. When called upon get involved with erecting emergency Bailey Bridges across the North Island.

**Who are we looking for?**

Enjoy working outdoors, you will be involved in a wide variety of projects.

Along with your positive attitude, we need someone who has an adaptive nature and can think on their feet.
- You will have civil construction experience
- Class-1 full New Zealand Drivers Licence
- A can-do attitude with a good work ethic
- The ability to work well within a team and alone when required
- Requires you to be physically fit

It also helps if you have the following, however these are not deal breakers and training can be provided:

- Class 2- 4 Drivers Licences and WTR endorsements
- Experience operating a variety of civil of machinery
