Looking for a few construction labour to join our busy Plastering, gib stopping and painting team in Waikato Area.

We are a well-established gib stopping company based in Huntly. We provide all plastering, gib-stopping and painting services to Waikato, Auckland based commercial and domestic construction projects.

Duty including but not limited to the following:
1. Prepare materials and tools ready for job.

2. Measure and adjust alignment

3. Surface preparation, surface protection with masking tapes and dropsheets.

4. Cut gib boards according to measurement, mix plasters, paint and sanding

5. Assisting in gib board installation

6. Cover gaps and nail holes with wet plasters and sealing compounds.

8. Keep working area safe.

9. Clean tools, brushes, and tidy up work area after completion.
- experience is not essential but preferred
- Punctual, honest, reliable, and hardworking,
- be ready to run the extra mile for the company
- Attention to details, be able to work under pressure and patience with clients
- must be able to work alone and as well as a team

What we can offer:

- Full time employment - we have worksites across wide Waikato and Auckland region, may work in other cities depending on projects undertaking, we will offer transportation and accommodation if work in other locations.
- Hours of work per week: A minimum of 30hours per week, no more than 60 hours per week depending upon weather and site conditions, from Monday to Saturday, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. Over time maybe expected.
- Hourly rate: $ 26.69 $ 30.00 /hour gross, depending on your experience
- PPE and tools
- Site safety training is provided

All applicants must be New Zealand Resident or citizenship, or holds valid work visa.
