**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise retail, Lotto, café, and takeaway staff across multiple counters.- Ensure customer satisfaction and manage complaints professionally.- Plan daily rosters and allocate duties to maintain efficient coverage.- Train, evaluate, and guide team members for performance improvement.- Manage inventory for grocery, café, and takeaway items and place stock orders.- Monitor food hygiene, store cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations.- Oversee pricing, product display, and promotions across all departments.- Ensure security and safety protocols are followed at all times.- Coordinate with suppliers and manage product deliveries and returns.- Support the Store Manager in implementing store-wide initiatives.

**Skills and Experience Required**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or food service supervision.- Excellent leadership and communication skills.- Hands-on experience with inventory systems and POS software.- Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.- Basic food safety knowledge and commitment to cleanliness standards.

**Employment Terms**:
Full-Time | 32 hours per week

Pay Range: $29.66 per hour
