Butcher

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Butcher**to join our Butchery team at **New World Mt Roskill**. This role requires someone with a good eye for detail, freshness and quality to deliver to our customers every day.

We are committed to providing our customers with high quality products and excellent customer service; therefore, we are looking for applicants that are friendly, reliable with a great team attitude.

The successful applicant will work well in a team environment and assist in providing high-quality meat cuts. The primary role of the Butcher is to assist in the day-to-day running of the Butchery department, ensuring that maximum range and sufficient quantity of high-quality fresh meat is available.

The successful applicant will have the following, experience, skills, and attributes:

- Previous Butchery experience.
- Keen to work and have input in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Be physically fit.
- An excellent understanding of Food Safety & Health and Safety
