**Senior Surveyor - Model / CAD Management**

We are looking for a Senior Surveyor - Model / CAD Management to join Fletcher Construction, supporting Auckland Transport’s Eastern Busway Alliance (EBA) delivered with Fletcher Construction, Acciona, AECOM and Jacobs.

**About the role**:

- Reporting to the Surveyor Manager, working closely and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders. Managing the costs and effectively communicating across the team throughout the lifespan of the project.

Responsible for managing the design, drafting, and related tasks. Capable of performing CAD drafting in AutoCAD Civil 3D. Meet schedules and be capable of participating in other projects. You’ll be dealing with Engineers, supervisors, contractors and the wider survey team on a day-to-day basis.

Implementing and managing survey project assignments, adherence to survey standards throughout the lifespan of the projects. Guidance and support to the Junior Surveyors, to allow them to accurately visualize and present information on the areas they are surveying.

**About you and your experience**:

- You’ll have the skills and ability to work with construction drawings and able to produce setting out data using CAD and other surveying tools and systems. Regular reporting of the progress and construction issues to the Surveyor Manager and assisting in the preparation of formal reports ensuring accuracy and providing quality assurance of survey data. With a strong understanding of all survey principles and procedures. You’ll be confident in liaising directly with internal and external stakeholders to gather the information you need.
- Tertiary qualification in Surveying or relevant industry qualification or by experience
- Excellent accuracy, attention to detail around reporting requirements and deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that enable the building of effective relationships with key stakeholders
- An expert knowledge of multiple CAD packages
