Our team
Our Payroll Support Specialists are highly skilled Payroll SMEs who provide excellent customer service and expert pay advice and guidance across the End to End Payroll Service to NZ Post leaders and employees. Our team have in-depth knowledge of Collectives and Legislation to ensure all NZ Post employees receive accurate and timely pay outcomes in the context of a constantly changing business environment.
A bit about you
To be successful in this role, you'll need to demonstrate your experience in complex End to End payroll role(s). You'll need a good understanding of employment legislation and sound ability to build empathetic, value add and trusted relationships in all interactions.
As a payroll professional, you'll be able to hit the ground running in this role; you'll have a high level of discretion, be adaptable, and be dedicated to meeting the needs and expectations of our customers. You will understand the complexities of a large, commercial organisation, how to operate within a big, high-performing team, and how to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
