Here at Connell we’re looking for the right people who can get us the right result, as a Site Engineer on our busy sites. We’re looking for someone who can provide engineering support to our site teams and clients in the Waikato region, but also outside of the region as required. We’re looking for a natural leader and good communicator, who understand how a site operates and who can make sure the teams have the right information and resources when they need it.

**ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Site Engineer, you’ll be tasked with working on our many projects, owning the management and coordination. Working to tight timeframes, and closely with our clients, you’ll be forming the foundations of your project to ensure the successful delivery of key milestones. Our sites include brownfield and greenfield electrical substations/switchyards, deep and complex drainage projects and many sites involving erecting cast in situ and precast buildings and structures.

You will have:

- A Civil Engineering Degree or Diploma
- Experience working on construction sites in NZ
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on team unity A commitment to all aspects of Health and Safety, Quality & Environmental compliance onsite
