Bar Staff

We are looking for Bar Staff with good communication skills to serve our customers classic cocktails and introduce new drinks.

**Responsibility**
- Preparing, serving and selling beverages
- Maximizing sales through food and beverage
- Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks
- Assessing bar customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations
- Comply with the company’s legal obligations with respect to the Sales of Alcohol legislation
- Ordering/ re-ordering of stock as per the need.
- Clean and tidy the bar area
- Handle cash, EFTPOS and other payments.
- Putting together drink lists and telling customers about new drinks and deals.
- Handle deals with cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Make sure charges are correct and give customers the right amount of change.

**Hours : 30 hours per week**
- Must be Flexible to do night shifts and rotating shifts.
- willingness to work at night, on weekends, and on holidays.
- Positive, interesting attitude, and looks like a professional.
- Excellent skills with people and talking to them.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
