**About the Role**

Health NZ - Te Whatu Ora, is Northlands largest health provider servicing the whole of Northland. The Mental Health and Addictions Service provides assessment and diagnosis, treatment, advice and referral to those affected by mental health, alcohol and other drug problems. This position provides support to establish and implement project management processes within the Mental Health and Addictions Services (MHAS) ensuring specialist service project outcomes support Te Tiriti principles.

The Project Lead role works as a member of the service development team alongside the operational and clinical leadership of the services, whose objectives are to ensure clinical and administration provisions meet the requirements of service users and service providers. You will be pivotal to the success of specific projects and will assist the specialist clinical services in implementing the necessary changes to their services as required through the project outcomes.

This is a permanent part time role working 24 hours a week and is based in Whangarei.

**About You**

Your knowledge of working within the health environment will help establish successful relationships with the relevant project managers, service users and stakeholders to deliver on the required outcomes.

You will also have:

- Experience in project management and managing multiple project work streams
- Advanced information management and reporting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Advanced computer literacy
- Good information management and reporting skills
- A high level of verbal and written communication skills
