**About The Role.**

We are currently searching for experienced Formwork Carpenters, Leading Hands, & Concrete Workers to join our growing team. These roles will see you working across a number of commercial projects throughout the Auckland region. All employees will exhibit the following core competencies:

- Access to a reliable vehicle and suitable work tools.
- Excellent time management, reliability, and communication.
- Understand basic workplace safety practices for construction sites.
- Maintain health & safety practices across your team and work sites.

**Formwork Carpenters**:

- Minimum 3 years' experience with mid-scale commercial projects.
- Experienced in SystemFormwork, Insitu Footings, Beams, Walls etc.
- Capable of reading basic plans, grid lines, and levels as provided.
- Skilled with power tools, saws, grinders, drills, bench saws, & kangos.
- Use of hand tools is required for Formwork Carpentry.

**Leading Hands**:

- Minimum 3 years' experience with mid-scale commercial projects.
- Manage a team of form-workers for our commercial contracts.
- Provide daily planning and ion to ensure work is completed.
- Provide training and development to improve skills in your team.
- Liaise with various clients, subcontractors, and Highrise office staff.
- Experienced in SystemFormwork and power tools related to the trade.

**Concrete Workers**:

- Minimum 1 years' experience with mid-scale commercial projects.
- Experienced in Dry Pack and grouting of precast and structural steel.
