About the role:

- Servicing commercial clients, including schools, rest homes and body corporates, working on an annual maintenance plan, along with some smaller jobs to keep you busy
- Auckland based
- Managing and motivating a team of up to 7-8 painters
- Working in a close-knit supportive team
- Encouraging the team to work together so complete projects on time and in budget
- Compliance and Health & Safety focus

- Trade qualifications in painting
- Proven experience in commercial painting

- Flexible in your approach and able to think on the fly when needed
