**Castle Hill BMW was born from the success and steady growth of the Sime Darby Motors Group.**

Located in the heart of Castle Hill, the newest destination for all things BMW is located a few hundred metres from the newly built North West Rail Link and Hills Showground train station.

Our state-of-the-art showroom and service facility is spread over 2 levels featuring an 8-car showroom, including dedicated 'M' performance area, pre-owned vehicle area, café, customer lounge and entertainment area. Service customers will have access to a large service reception area and a state of the art 12 bay workshop.

**About the role**:
To prepare warranty claims to accurately reflect the work completed and to fully maximise the amount that we are entitled to claim ensuring that all manufacturer's warranty policies and procedures are always fully adhered to.

Liaise with the manufacturer's warranty department and ensure that all warranty records and audit trails are maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's standards.

**About you**:
To be successful in your new role you'll have/be:

- Previous experience in an automotive workshop equipment
- Deep knowledge of the automotive industry and the Aftersales, workshop environment
- A current drivers licence
- Experience working in a team environment
