Due to significant growth, we have an exciting new opportunity available to join our Albany based Support Centre as **Finance Systems Specialist.**

You will work with the finance team, wider business, suppliers, and customers to continuously improve and enhance the delivery of processes leading to efficiencies, systems integrations, and automation.

**Reporting to the Finance Systems Manager, your key functions will include**:

- Define the best practice for the maintenance, enhancement, upgrading, and implementation of systems to support the AP and AR processes.
- Gather business requirements, define the solution options, and testing, working in conjunction with Business Analysts and other technical experts in the Business.
- Support the Finance Systems Manager with recommendations on improvements and prioritization of enhancements.
- Ensure the delivery of training to the users of the finance systems.
- Identify process improvements and automation of the relevant AP and AR functions in conjunction with the Head of Transactional Shared Services.
- Maintain the framework for P2P and I2B designs for the wider team such as Vendor/Customer Master Data, including system integrity and security.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Proven experience within AP/AR processes.
- Experience and knowledge of SAP S4/HANA and Esker or similar (Highly desirable).
- A curious mind to proactively explore opportunities to improve processes, including being able to challenge existing ways of working.
