**About the role | He korero whakamarama mo tenei turanga**

As the Service Delivery Lead, you will be able to produce the National review report each month for the reviews team to manage the monthly bookings. You will also be influential in growing and managing the ACC Nursing contract nationally.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Review data integrity and ensure accurate recordkeeping of KPI’s
- Manage and maintain Geneva Healthcare’s Nursing contract with ACC. Manage Nursing vacancies, manage stock levels and financial oversight
- Provide all clients, funders and employees with a highly transparent, efficient and prompt service through excellence in customer service
- To understand and work toward key performance indicators and objectives as set by the organisation, our funders and your Manager.
- Ensure Nursing services are managed efficiently and effectively
- Managing correct invoicing to the funder, ordering and managing stock via Geneva Healthcare’s supplier and/or through ACC to drive profitability.
- Management of all Nursing Services related documentation to funders and referring GP’s: discharging, ordering consumables from ACC, and requesting extensions.
- Managing Comprehensive Nursing Assessments(CNAs) under the ACC Nursing Contract

- Decision-making Skills - able to accurately assess clients’ needs clinically and decide on appropriate escalation of any problems
- Provide auditing and education to staff to ensure verbal and written communication is in line with company policy and customer expectations
- Involvement in the staff appraisal process and supporting the development of their skills and output as required
- Supervise and ensure our staff are paid accurately each week with no issues
- Forecasting recruitment needs and ensuring we have adequate cover nationally to complete referrals to meet our KPIs
