OCS has positions available for positive and detailed people who are quick on their feet to work as casual cleaners at Northshore Region.
**The Role**:
We are looking for 2x casual cleaners who are looking to top up their income.
Working hours will be during the
**day time** usually between 10am to 5pm. You will be called for shift cover while staff are on leave or unwell.
So if you are available at short notice we would love to hear from you.
**Location**: Paremoremo
Full cleaning details will be discussed at the interview so you can plan your day and work load when presented with task.
FULL TRAINING will be provided, however prior cleaning experience will be an advantage.
Cleaning duties will include, but will not be restricted to: mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, wiping, buffing, cleaning restrooms, removing rubbish, polishing furniture and simple operation of basic electrical and mechanical cleaning equipment.
To be successful, you must:
- Have your own transport and full license.
- Be able to communicate verbal and written English
- Be able to carry out moderate to heavy labour
- Be well presented, proactive and able to work well on your own
- Have an eye for detail
- Be able to pass a Ministry of Justice check
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
