We are looking for reliable, self-sufficient individuals to join our team as Mobile Catering Staff. You will be responsible for towing a small trailer or driving a van to various event locations, setting up the mobile food station, preparing, and serving food to customers. This role requires someone hands-on, responsible, and can manage the entire operation on-site, from setup to sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Towing a small catering trailer or driving a van to events
- Setting up the food preparation and serving station
- Preparing to high standards
- Serving customers with friendly, attentive service
- Handling payments and managing stock on-site
- Keeping the work area clean and following food safety protocols
- Breaking down the setup and securing all equipment after events

**Requirements**:

- A valid driver's license and experience towing a trailer or driving a van
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Previous experience in food preparation, catering, or customer service is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Flexibility to work weekends and sometimes evenings, and travel to various locations around Tauranga
- A passion for food and commitment to delivering high-quality service
