Vehicle Drainer

Our busy processing sites at Onehunga & Wiri can prepare over 100 cars per day for parts and scrap for local and export markets.

Before the cars are processed for scrap/dismantled, we need to drain the fluids from the car. Experience using fork hoists would be a definite advantage but not mandatory.

Typical tasks for this role include:

- Correctly drain all vehicle fluids into provided containers
- Remove wheels from vehicles
- Loosen C.V nuts as required
- Remove batteries from vehicles and store
- Remove suspension bolts as required
- Sort wheels & tyres depending on condition
- Mark vehicles as required
- Preparation of area for next vehicle

Training will be provided and starting pay rates would depend on experience and suitability.
