Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately taking and processing guest orders in a timely and efficient manner

**Qualifications**
- A friendly, approachable, and positive attitude, with a natural ability to engage and build rapport with guests

- Previous experience in waitstaff, bar service, or a similar hospitality role, with a strong understanding of the demands of the industry
- A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards
- Impeccable personal presentation, with a professional demeanor and strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
- A reliable and punctual work ethic, with the ability to act with a sense of urgency when required to meet guest needs and operational demands
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts, with availability to take on breakfast, lunch, and dinner duties
- A commitment to being available to work weekends, ensuring seamless service for our guests throughout the week
