**Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Assistant - full or part-time, fixed term 12 months maternity cover**

Te Whatu Ora Lakes have a vacancy for a highly motivated individual or individuals wishing to join our small pharmacy team to support our pharmacy service.

We are willing to consider:

- A qualified Pharmacy Technician

This role involves inpatient / outpatient dispensing, compounding, pharmacy stock control, maintaining imprest levels in all wards/units, ordering, repacking and ensuring compliance to quality standards.

AND/OR
- A Pharmacy Assistant (no qualification required)

This role involves pharmacy stock management, maintaining imprest levels in all units, ordering, receipting, stocking shelves, maintaining cold chain supply and accreditation, and general duties to maintain process efficiency and record-keeping.

We will consider full-time, part-time or job share.

Salary is dependent on expertise and previous experience.

Applicants to fulfil the role of Pharmacy Technician must:

- Be a NZ Certified Pharmacy Technician Level 4, 5 or 6 with or without a PACT qualification

Applicants to fulfil the role of Pharmacy Assistant must:

- Have Higher School Certificate (6th form) or NCEA level 2 with pass/merit in English and Maths
