**Key responsibilities of the role**:
- Provide high quality psychological assessment and interventions to tangata whaiora referred for psychological treatment.
- Practice effectively with autonomy as well as being an integral part of a multidisciplinary health care team.
- Utilise technology for communication and documenting clinical information inclusive of a range of assessments.
- Effectively and efficiently manage an individual caseload.

**Mōu | About you**
Skills and experience you’ll need to be considered for the role:
- Have NZ registration under the Clinical Scope, or will be eligible for this.
- Knowledge and understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
- Proven experience and clinical skills in working with individuals who experience serious mental health issues.
- The ability to provide individualised client therapy.
- The ability to work and communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and the ability to work autonomously.
- A strong recovery focus and trauma informed care approach.
- Well-developed time management skills with the ability to co-ordinate personal and team tasks in an efficient and organised manner.
- Computer literacy and the ability to complete documentation on time and to a high standard.
- A current full drivers licence.
