Warehouse Assistant wanted - Ashburton, Canterbury
Casual - on call - approx. 16 hours a week - week days only.
We are a small family-owned business, established 9 years, on the move, growing and expanding
Looking for an enthusiastic, cheerful and capable person to join the team, to help in the warehouse, including cutting of steel lintels, machine maintenance, and deliveries which is a great opportunity to go on site and speak with our valued and wonderful customers
Ideal for someone retired from a farming or equipment maintenance background
- be fit and able.
- have driver license
- English speaking
- have literacy skills.
- be presentable.
- be able to work with a small team.
- be able to work unsupervised.
- be accountable.
- be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude
- be willing to learn.
Desirable but not essential
- An F endorsement is an advantage - Forklift
- Keyboard skills
Applicants must be legally allowed to work in New Zealand
**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
