Full-time position based in the CBD
- Part-time position based in South Auckland
- 3-month temporary position with the potential to extend

Our client has two receptionists roles available, this is within an iconic New Zealand business with a fantastic team and work culture.

The full-time position in the
**CBD from 7am - 3pm**, Monday - Friday.

The part-time position based in
**South Auckland is from 12pm - 5pm**, Monday - Friday and has parking onsite.

Both roles are for 3 months, however there is the potential to extend.

**Duties**:

- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Scheduling & booking meetings
- Facilities management
- General administration support

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Proficient in Outlook and MS office
- Minimum 3 year’s experience in concierge/visitor management and customer service
- Relevant experience or understanding of NZ legislation as it relates to Health and Safety
- Friendly and professional manner with the ability to relate to people at all levels of the organisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Quick learner, great attention to detail, understands how to de-escalate situations, can work independently, and is able to problem solve immediately.
